Furthest North Deepest South
Furthest North, Deepest South by Chong Tze Chien achieved best production of the year at 2005 Life Theatre Awards when it was produced by Mime Unlimited and the Finger Players and directed by Christina Sergeant. The story follows the Eunuch Admiral, Cheng Ho, on his famous journey around the world. But this play is loosely based on historical fact. Chong takes us on a hilarious surreal romp that explores the relationships between master and slave, meaning and purpose.
